I have just installed a BCM50.
Two issues:
If I'm already on the phone and I need to put the first call on hold to answer another call or make another call, my call is disconnected.
When trying to conference a call, once I press conference and go to make my second call the first one is disconnected.
Auto hold is off, 4 lines are assigned to my phone as well as 2 intercom key.
Any suggestions?
