i am working in a call center where we are using avaya onex agent (softphone)for taking calls, NICE application for recording of those calls and CMS application to monitor agents.
i will appreciate if anyone have any idea regarding my issue.
issue : first call is not getting recorded in nice application when agent login into avaya onex . only first call will not record. and this issue is not with particular agent. it is intermittent issue with any agent. we have checked and troubleshoot all the possible way.. if agent after login into avaya Onex wait for 10 mins then , his/her first call will record. But waiting for 10mins it's not a solution. Is anyone have any ideas ?
