Calls Answered: Skillset V Agent by Skillset

Hi

A problem that has arisen here with yesterday's reports. The number of calls shown as answered yesterday for most of the skillsets is greater on the dbo_dSkillsetStat table than it is on the dbo_dAgentBySkilletStat table. This suggests that there were skillset calls that were answered, but not by agents. Obviously this is wrong. Anyone encountered this before?
