Calls answered by mailbox instead of attendant 2

Hello I have a MICS 5.0 and flash 2.0, the calls are sometimes being answered by an individual mailbox instead of the attendant.
I've been told that the reason was that I had the lines appear on all the phone and I have call foward for both busy and no answer.
I thought that as long as I had the ring time for a paticular mailbox longer then that for the attendant this wouldn't be a problem.
I'm not clear if this is happening when incoming calls are busy or if this is happening intermittant.
If there is anyone out there with a suggestion I'd appreciate it, thank you.

Check your foward on busy. If you have that assigned to a phone that also has lines ringing in, if that phone is ever busy, it will follow the foward on busy.

I just encountered the same problem and I do concur with galfaro. I removed the forward on busy at set it to none, this stopped the problem.
