Callr ID problem

I use KXT624 with KX-Ta30893x CID card on it
problem is in SMDR prining.Caller ID is not shown for incoming call longer than 13 Seconds.
for call that thir duratin are between 1 and 13 seconds log contains CID ,Like: < Incoming >12345678
but when log duration goes above 13 seconds log just shows < Incoming >
what is the problem?

I dont think its old,But i will look.
I tested the Card on an old KXT308 PBX and works great.Nut with this 624 ....oops

All geocities pages are filtered in my Countrey.
I used an anonmizer and i got 404 error
