I have a client that is complaining hourly that when he is in callpilot or RCC. After a min or so he has to log back in. How would I go about changing that time out timer.

Thanks in advance.

anybody? The customer almost strangled me when I walk in today.

Never heard of that. Usually CallPilot will prompt you to log in after about a half hour (give or take a few minutes) of inactivity.

Have you tried it from a your PC, or one that doesn't belong to the customer? Wondering if it might be a browser setting that's causing the problem.

I was reading some documention and found that callpilot times out after 10min. It doesnt have anything about changing the timer. It times out on my laptop. So it isnt a customer PC problem. I have one of my other techs opening a case with nortel, But if anybody has any input I would appreciate it.

Thanks again
Tim

FYI. IT was the timeout session on the IIS. Changed that on the host pc for RCC and the problem seems to be fixed.
