I have a CallPilot 150(ver 2.0)using the Call Center with a MICS 6.1. a problem has occurred a couple of times where one agent, despite the fact that she is logged in and available, will not receive any queued calls.
After logging her out and logging her back in, it still won't take any queued calls. I've deleted her in the programming and re entered her and only then her agent ID will work.
Has anyone experienced this problem with the call center where an agent needs to be deleted and reprogrammed to function.
