CallPilot150 agent not functioning

I have a CallPilot 150(ver 2.0)using the Call Center with a MICS 6.1. a problem has occurred a couple of times where one agent, despite the fact that she is logged in and available, will not receive any queued calls.

After logging her out and logging her back in, it still won't take any queued calls. I've deleted her in the programming and re entered her and only then her agent ID will work.

Has anyone experienced this problem with the call center where an agent needs to be deleted and reprogrammed to function.

There was probably just a little programming detail that was set wrong and u fixed it by re-creating the user ..

If after a while you don't succeed .. re-boot or re-do ! :)



 
If the agent programming was the exact same before, and the fact that there is not much programming for an individual agent. I am curious if anyone has experienced this problem with the Callpillot 150 that I think is not program related.
