I am working on a cics 6.1 with callpilot 100 2.0. All 4 analog lines ring 4 times, if not answered by customer, than AA answers. Something I have just come across is the AA greeting that says "if you are calling from a touchtone phone press 1, if you are calling from a rotary phone stay on the line" or pretty close to that. After that has played then my greeting that corresponds to my ccr tree plays. I recorded over the first greeting with "thank you for calling",but then the touchtone option still played. If after the greeting you do not press 1, the operator is rung. If you do press 1 that is when my ccr greeting is played. Any thoughts?

Marv01, have thought of that and made sure it is unchecked. Any other ideas?

I'm thinking, I'm thinking.
I've seen this before, but CRS.
This might keep me awake tonight.
Is your signal level good on the lines so that CallPilot can actually hear DTMF?

That is the touchtone gate, go to AA then general properties and set TTG to none.

Well, here it is.....double checked that touchtone gate was not on, it was not. Reset CP100. Tested, still had touchtone option. Defaulted the CP100, and rebuilt greetings and ccr tree. Problem gone. One strange item...after starting over, the first thing I looked at was touchtone gate, and it was set to standard by default. I thought the default was none? Set to none and it has gone away. I am not admitting anything, but it is possible that I have slip in regards to my "Brain Housing Group"

Thanks for the help.
