Call Center on a CP100
I just want to verify my assumption this cannot be done:
Calls come in on any of the 5 rollover lines and needs to be answered with a greeting
Thank you for calling ABC, for Dr U press 1, Dr V press 2, Dr W press 3, Dr X press 4, Dr Y press 5, Dr Z press 6....and other Info choices like hours of operation etc"
1 = Transfer to X221, CFNA or CFB (or not logged in) to General Mailbox
2 = Transfer to X222, CFNA or CFB (or not logged in) to General Mailbox
3 = Transfer to X223, CFNA or CFB (or not logged in) to General Mailbox
4 = Transfer to X224, CFNA or CFB (or not logged in) to General Mailbox
5 = Transfer to X225, CFNA or CFB (or not logged in) to General Mailbox
6 = Transfer to X226, CFNA or CFB (or not logged in) to General Mailbox
Long story short because only 4 PC's they play musical chairs at the front office reception area every other day so while each person is doing different duties they still need to answer calls for their dedicated doctor, they do not want to answer each others calls.
Rather than unplugging there sets and moving them I was hoping somehow Call Center would help.
This is where a BCM would come in handy using Hotdesking.
If I am correct you cannot utilize a call center from CCR or simulate the setup.
Because:
Only Lines can be answered by a Skillset( or not?)
A Skillset must have its own mailbox/cdn therefore cannot share a general mailbox (unless we dont initialize it then perhaps it will toss caller to GD as in a normal situation)
If you call most business's that have a Call Center the caller typically calls just one number then many choices.
Am I missing something about Skillsets and Lines only?
