Hello, i have a option 81 with call pilot. a certain user wants to create a announcement and distribute it to over 250 users, any suggestions, or assistance is greatly appreciated.

What version, how many systems? You can use broadcast messaging, but it will go to all the users on the system.

Why not have them create the announcement as a .mp3 and host it on a website for the users to hear and then email them the URL?
