Dear All,

I have a CallPilot 100 Rel. 3.1 connected to the MCIS PBX System, the callpilot is down, i can ping to the ip address of it ( 192.168.110.10 ) buct cant access to the web page of it... the message appear when i try to connect to it is ( the page cannt display ).

The feature don't work, i reboot it but with no result.
 
Do you get a login if you F983 w/ telset??? If so then the CP is good.. To access through the web browser make sure that the TCP/IP in your PC is set to (use following IP address) 192.168.110.15 and subnet mask to 255.255.255.0. if you don't know how to
Go to Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Lan/Right Click/Scroll down to Properties/Left Click/Scroll down to Internet Protocol/TCP/IP and Highlight/Click Properties and make the above changes and click OK
