i have two systems connected via isdn link one has my callpilot when you cal from the far end there is no difference in the internal or external message.
Is there a settimg on the route? that i am missing that could change the connection class?

no, it's on the route, mark that route external.. it will follow the external greeting

It is in your network, most likely you are using CDP or UDP to get to the Call Pilot, it is an internal call as it sees it.
