CallPilot XMWK suggestions needed 1

I have a group mailbox set up on a CDN line (7645) which the group members check *very* infrequently because they forget. Ideally I either need the MWI to light up on every member of the group or put a button onto their phones to indicate status or allow them to connect to the correct mailbox automatically.

As our CallPilot won't allow more than one MWI DN I thought I could do a "Key 02 XMWK 7000 7645" however I get SCH1206
(DN...not configured on this set)
I've tried to add a new scr key but get another error SCH0375 (DN typeconflicts with input DN)

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

the only way i know to do that is to make the cdn a key on a set, i use a virtual addon mod on the set if i do not want actual line access. marp that dn on an analog, use rcfw to forward that to mail. then you can put a scn on any set that needs the xmwk. i had that same problem and not only did the light work it works the overhead light.

I would suggest using a dummy dn on all the sets, don't think you can program a cdn as an appearance. Then program XMWK 7000 XXXX (XXXX dummy dn) in Callpilot set the MWI DN to the dummy dn assigned to all the sets add the dummy dn to the MB. To make it even easier for those users, check auto login and then go into the mailbox and turn the feature on. this needs to be done manualy. Once logged in to the MB dial 804, then listen to the CP for how to turn it on/off.

that would work, leave the cdn alone and add a scn to all sets making that the mw dn for the mail box, still putting the xmwk on the sets
