We are using Callpilot 5.0 to a separate Callpilot inbox on XP and Outlook 2007. One client gets messages on his nortel phone, the phone lights up but nothing comes into his CP inbox. If we exit out of Outlook and go back in then the message shows up but not until then. How do I remedy this problem?
