Callpilot won't answer calls sent to a subscriber mailbox

This a newb question re: a BCM50 system with 1140e VOIP sets. I've set up 10 subscriber mailboxes and initialized them all; however, when I call their DN it just keeps ringing. I can configure an information mailbox and use custom call routing to reach it, and autoattendant is configured it will send the call eventually to the general mailbox, but I cannot reach any subscriber mailbox.

I've got to be missing something rediculous. Any help is appreciated.

Have you set the forward no answer on the set to go to voicemail?
