Is it correct that a CallPilot 4.0 does not support PCAnywhere? If so, what is the correct way to remotely connect to a CallPilot 4.0? I have heard yes and no. I am able to connect localy to the CallPilot with Remote Desktop, however, I do have a modem connected to CallPilot COM1. Do I dial-up the CallPilot using ? and then launch Remote Desktop?

Why don't you set up your workstation with PC anywhere, dial into that and connect to call pilot?

Just create a RAS connection on your laptop and then launch your RDC connection. That's what I would do.

CP 4.0 that are patched to SU3 level have a patch available which is PC anywhere host only.

I forget the patch number, but I believe it is something ending in 001A, but I could be wrong.

I was able to configure the RAS connection and then launch Remote Desktop. A bit slow, however, better than nothing.
