Callpilot wav compression

We have just upgraded to latest CallPilot 5.0. I want to rollout message forwarding to Blackberries for 70 desktop users but the wav files passed through our exchange are coming in at about 1meg for every minute of message. Does anyone know how to adjust the wav type that is passed to a more managable size or compression type?
