Callpilot VPIM/AMIS

Hello guys,

I need to install VPIM between to Callpilot. Do you know if the BCM need to be in networking with the other pbx via MCDN or not ?

If memory serves me right, you only need MCDN if you are trying to share PSTN access across systems (Toll bypass, TAT, etc). Check the Network Configuration guide, but I'm 99% sure you do not need MCDN.

Just watch out if you are using SIP trunking on a system before R3.0. The MWI was not originally suppurted on the SIP trunks.
