Callpilot User calling in from Europe

I have a user who is currently in the Czech Republic and wants to call in and change a greeting. However, in Europe, he can use the * key, but if he dials ** it doesn't register. Does anyone know of any other way to get into the mailbox options without dialing ** ? We had a workaround that we used with our Startalk system but that isn't working for the Callpilot.

Of course, as soon as I posted this (after days of looking) I found the answer. (It's 88 instead of **)
