When our Outlook users enable their Out-of-Office via Outlook and an external caller leaves a VM. The message fowarding sends the VM to the user then Outlook attempts to send its autoreply...results are the VM user receives a postmaster undeliverable as the address is not a valid address. (rightfully so)
Anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas or workarounds to restrict these messages from being sent without restricting valid outside address (@gmail.com, @ yahoo.com...etc) from within CP 5.0.
We are looking into implementing a rule at a SMTP server level as a workaround but thought I'd ask if anyone has any other ideas.
Here is the return msg I am receiving:
----The following addresses have delivery problems---- "Shawn Tiedemann" <VOICE=93524976@callpilot.mydomain.com>
<VOICE=93524976@callpilot.mydomain.com>
----Transcript of session follows----
