Ok so the problem is that calling in to my callpilot AA from an external number via analog trunks, im unable to send calls back out across E1 trunks. From an internal phone on PBX CS1000 system (ver5.0) it works fine, only from an outside phone it fails. I checked all my incoming analog trunks, and they have NCOS 3, just as my E1 trunks do. All my callpilot agents have FTTU, CFXA. My NET Data block has FTLY setup. It still doesn't work any help would be great. Thank you so much!!

Additionally I would like to add my RDB is setup with the below options....
TRNX YES
EXTT YES
FTOP FTLY

Did you check the RPL's in the Callpilot? You need to make sure the restriction permission list allows the digits to be dialed externally.

Hey "tbonz25", thanks for the info. Ye I checked all the easy stuff already. The issue is not the CP as internal extensions work fine as I mentioned in my original post. The problem is CS1000 analog trunk to trunk transfers. Im not going to get into the details of what I have done, but their was a lot of CDB changes and still nothing worked. So I gave up trying to fix what obviously didnt want to be fixed and went with a simple 5 minute work around. I created an ACD-DN that allowed me to NCFW to my external number with no problem from internal and external incoming calls across the analog trunks. Works like a champ!!!
