CallPilot to MM 5.2

When forwarding a voice mail message from a 1005r to MM 5.2 we receive the message as an email and not as a voice mail. It states when listening to the message "Message Idaho, one new email 7935". And it states it is a voice mail and an email. It states there is no attachment.

we also have a 1002 to the same MM and are having no issues with that one.

Any info or help would be most appreciated.
