BCM 3.6
Callpilot 37.01.09.22

We have auto-attendant setup to answer lines in morning and afternoon to play greeting 1 and to play greeting 2 at night and non-business. For some reason greeting 2 has decided to play during the day. To correct this we changed non-business to play greeting 1 in table 1 for now. It seems that the clock is wrong. We checked reports and it showed at 12:15am it played the day greeting. Changed the time on the phone system and in the greeting table, didnt correct problem. We also built a new greeting table and assigned to the lines, still got the same issue. Is there a place to change to the time for the callpilot? Any other ideas?

This is how our times are set on callpilot.
Morning: 8am
Afternoon: 12pm
Night: 5pm
non-business: 5pm

When you change the time on the BCM you should stop the Vmail and then restart it.

You should sync your BCM with a Military Time Server. Works like a charm

Yea we did stop and restart the vmail still no go.

The BCM200 is sync'd to a time server, we just changed the time to see if the call pilot was having a problem.

Issue is still unkown and still occuring tho.

We figured it out. Somebody had changed the operator status to business closed so non-business greeting was playing.
