Callpilot system voice response

We are using CallPilot version 4.4.4.30. An outside caller leave a message, when we try to ear the message the system's voice says only 7 digit like: 'You've got a call from an outside phone 9 356 8542'

Where can I change this parameter so the voice respond is set to 10 digits?
