CallPilot System Prompts only work with some mailboxes

BCM50 Callpilot System - Some of the mailboxes play the system prompts, i.e. "(Spoken name) is not available. Please leave your message after the tone." (beep) But on another you get "(Spoken name) and (beep)... All mailboxes in question are Subscriber type with same class of service. System was rebooted...still have problem. Is there some way these prompts could have been turned off? or what is the suggested fix?
 
agree with jassad.

the name has not been recorded in the Name Greeting section.
They have recorded it in the message greeting .

At the prompt ADMIN(8) press 1 to record the NAME after the tone.
 
i believe the greeting takes precedence over the name recording. So I would re-record those mailboxes in question with a proper greeting.
