I have a CallPilot System Version 05.01.01.
I have a user mailbox that is set as...
Block Incoming Messages: Always
Block Message Call Handling: Disconnect caller after greeting
After the greeting plays, the system prompt "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time" plays and then the call is dropped.
Is there any way to stop the prompt from being played?
I know I can use app builder to get around this however, the preffered method would be to stop the prompt.
