CallPilot System Admin Mailbox

I have several BCM50s with Callpilot voice mail installed. When I remotely call the system admin mailbox and open it it says this mailbox cannot be accessed from an outside location. How do I change that? and where can I find the list of commands to use with the system admin mailbox? Everything I find references me to the CallPilot Reference Guide which has nothing.

All the guides can be downloaded from the BCM itself via the web browser.
Look for Setup&Operation guide under voice messaging.
Class Of Sevice - choose class and edit to allow external intialization or access.
