CallPilot SU04 PEP, how o I get it?

I need to get a hold of the new PEP for CallPilot, but don't have access to it on Nortel's site. Our Tech Support is overbooked and I am having trouble getting a hold of them.

Is there anyway I can get the new PEP...anyone, anyone?

I do not know how you will get SU04, but I want you to be aware of this issue with SU04:

WORKAROUND :
1) Change SDN entries for "Symposium Voice Services" to "Voice Messaging"
2) Run Configuration Wizard and input Class ID entries for all Access ports
3) Reboot
4) Change SDN entries modified in step 1 back to "Symposium Voice Services

How would that effect us, because we don't use Symposium.
I have an Option 11c with Call Pilot 4.0

It probably wouldn't affect you, but I personally would not like to install a faulty SU.

The case we have open with Nortel reports that they have identified the problem, so I expect it to be resolve soon.

Just be sure that when you do get access to SU04, be sure you get a fresh copy downloaded from the Nortel website, so you don't get the faulty version.
