CallPilot stops on BCM 50 rls 2.0

I have installed a BCM 50 2.0 last march 23rd and since than, the callPilot stops working every 3 weeks. I have to reboot the bcm to resolve the problem. I installed all patches and still does the same thing.

Is it a well known problem or I'm the only one?
 
Never had that happen to me yet, and my company has 5 of the new BCM50's. 2.0
 
I have had it happen once. It did not produce any alarms.

Just had it happen to a customer yesterday on a rls 2 with all current patches. No alarms. Went into Services and it showed that Voicemail was running with no problems. Forced a restart of Voicemail Services and it came right back up.
