We recently upgraded to Avaya CP 5.01 , working great so far . During the install the tech noticed that we have the keycode for Speech Recognition . Out tech explained this allows callers to access their mailbox by speaking the mailbox number , password , play , etc . Has anyone used this feature ? Does anyone have the set by set instructions on how to setup this feature ? I have searched the Avaya site , haven't found much info on setting up this feature .
