Hi.
I'm trying to set up Estimated Wait Time feature on our Callpilot 150 for our call center. I have greetings made up, and EWT rules all set up. When I go to Skillset List to edit Day Routing Table, everything under there is set to read only. According to the manual, I should be able to "insert" a different routing step, but on the bottom of the page, it says "This page is read only."
Has anyone encountered this issue?
