Callpilot Settings Set to "Read Only" 1

Hi.
I'm trying to set up Estimated Wait Time feature on our Callpilot 150 for our call center. I have greetings made up, and EWT rules all set up. When I go to Skillset List to edit Day Routing Table, everything under there is set to read only. According to the manual, I should be able to "insert" a different routing step, but on the bottom of the page, it says "This page is read only."

Has anyone encountered this issue?
 
You need to disable the skillset before you can make changes.
Then enable it again when you have finished.

Also, does anybody know where I could get a copy of Nortel RCC software where I can generate reports, and see realtime stats, etc?

Click on web page icon on element manager.

You can download it from there.

BUT you need to purchase a keycode licence to use it
You get nothing from avaya free
 
Do you happen to have the url by any chance? I'm having a hard time locating "element manager." I tried going straight to Avaya website and searched for it with not much luck.
