CallPilot Service manual 1

Does anyone have the service manual for the callpilot ntub31abe5 (Ithink it's the 600r)?
Ours just died and it's way out of warranty, so I want to open it up and clean it, but I don't want to break it. I've seen some custom equipment that is tricky to open.
