CallPilot sent back to the beginning of the AA

I have a client with a CICS and a CallPilot for which I have programmed the AA to pick up throughout the day and rout calls to respective departments. The reception phone, in this case extension 221, is in the service department and when the incoming caller hears the AA state the list of options, they tend to hit "0" and get sent to the "Operator". This person is getting so many calls that they say they cant do their assigned tasks.
What my cleint wants to have happen through programming is that when the incoming caller presses "0" it goes back to the begining of the AA menu message.
Is this possible? If so, how?

You need to remove all reference to ATDT and disable the general delivery mailbox otherwise the caller will be dumped there,

What about logging into F982 and telling Attendant is not available? that disables 0 option.
Also think about adding more options too, find out what these people pressing 0 are after such as fax number, address...etc and add the paths to Info

Ok thanks for the input. I am going to try these suggestions and test for results. Will advise.
I am thinking that the "F982" option is most likely the best option but will look at all and go from there.

Make a call inbound and hit the AA; the intro begins to play, press "0" and Silicon Sally says "The operator is not available" and then "One moment please" and then the call is directed to GDM and the intro announcement on that mail box starts to play.
Can I not have the call be sent back to the beginning of the into announcement of the AA if anyone presses "0"?
How does one properly disable the GDM? (As suggested by allworxguy)

You must DISABLE the general mailbox. From the main main press 6.

And if you want to play try:

- entering 000 as the Adnt in Table and 982 with Atdnt available = yes
- in Table make 0 the repeat key
