I have a client with a CICS and a CallPilot for which I have programmed the AA to pick up throughout the day and rout calls to respective departments. The reception phone, in this case extension 221, is in the service department and when the incoming caller hears the AA state the list of options, they tend to hit "0" and get sent to the "Operator". This person is getting so many calls that they say they cant do their assigned tasks.
What my cleint wants to have happen through programming is that when the incoming caller presses "0" it goes back to the begining of the AA menu message.
Is this possible? If so, how?
