CallPilot sending fax problem

Hi,

I have a Succession with a CallPilot and I'm having a problem regarding the fax sending feature.
Every time I try to send a fax using the Nortel Fax option, the following error appears: "The CallPilot has denied the access because of a lack in credentials".
I can receive fax and voice messages in the Outlook, but I can't send fax messages to a external fax number.

lok at the ncos and cls of your voice maul agents, they may be dialing a number that they are not allowed to dial

missed the "outlook" statement, the vm server need certain permissions set in the mail server, had that same error a site not to long ago, their server had to give me "edit" rights if i remember the wording he used
