CallPilot running only 3 minutes after reboot, 3 minutes later down

last day, the power is down, we reboot our BCM400.
it is strange that the phone system running after reboot, but it just 3 minutes. (it is same every time reboot)

anybody have any suggestion?

Check the base function tray, see if it has the green caps this is bad blue are good.
