We are replacing our CS100M. We have CallPilot 200I Rlse 5.0.
Memory is on the 200I Card ?
Want to be sure the CallPilot is not traceable back to us.

A couple of options. Pull the hard drive(s) and replace them with blank ones. Pull the drive, wipe it with a program that will overwrite the data, and then reinstall the drive. Pull the drive and send it along with an empty drive bay.

The new owners will need to reload from CD anyhow.
 
The serial number on the CP card is going to be traced back to the original owner regardless of what you do to the hard drive or memory.
