Hi Guys,

Just trying to get some CCR stats. First time doing so and trying to figure out how its laid out. Maybe its obvious but I'm a little confused.

Thats the number of times each option is pressed. So on sunday 2 people pressed 0 to go the operator and 2 people pressed 1 to xfer to 205.
