CallPilot Reporter

I recently installed new PEPs on my callpilot 201i server and I cant seem to get Reporter to work for me now. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or should I call Nortel on this one? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have had that same problem in the past. My fix was to unistall call pilot manager from your Webserver and reinstall it. Then apply PEPxxxxxxx53c. That PEP has a different install that just running the .exd so read the readme.txt before you install it. That fixed my problem. I want to say that same PEP I also installed on the 201i.
