Anyone familiar with CallPilot Reporter?

What would you like to know? It is part of the Manager software and needs to run on a separate server from the Call Pilot.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

CallPilot Reporter is on a separate Server.
I am getting the Messaging Report sent to the Printer..
I am not getting data.

Connection Status: Offline.
I am able to Ping from the Reporter PC to the CallPilot 201i.

Trying to explain best I can.

I am able to access Application Builder from another PC.

OK, if it is saying offline did it ever work and say online? The software wants to talk to the CallPilot using FQDN so you may need to edit the "Hosts" file to include the IP address and name of the CallPilot server.

It had worked for years.
We had access to the Program remotely.
Our IT Dept. made us take it offline and make it a Stand Alone System.
I don't find where I can change IP Addresses or Name.

BTW Host File open it with notepad

windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
