Current version of CallPilot reporter is the same as the latest release of CallPilot Server. In most cases it is always backward compatible. CP500S05G32C_ADMIN_CLIENT_5.00.41: CallPilot Manager/Reporter version 05.00.41.70
For the release you are using look at the server you have CallPilot reporter installed on, to see what version you have installed.

I am trying to schedule a report on CP reporter.
I have setup the report on the print schedule and selected it to write it as an excel file to the network drive. I check the log and it seems to run:
Scheduled print/export for 6170 - Airport INFO English Menu, Id=204.
But the xls file is not generated.
What am I not doing?
