CallPilot Reporter will not open?

I have a CP 1005r HA system with a stand alone windows 2003 Web-server running CP Reporter that has been working for about 1 year now.
Today I was able to open CallPilot manager home page on the web-server; I am able to open all the CallPilot manager home page features, hotlinks, action buttons and menus; all but the CallPilot Reporter shortcut link or the reporter menu link.
It looks as if it’s trying to load the page, but the reporter pages never loads.
It also acts the same way from my client PC on the CLAN.
Any ideas?

Had any recent updates or anything change you know about? ?

I rebooted the Web-Server and that seemed to clear up the issue.
