CallPilot Reporter...Report

I know I have done this in the past but can't remember how. I want to run a report in Callpilot showing all users who don't have a greeting or name verification recorded.

Just go into User search and do an advanced search. The drop down box will come up and if you go towards the bottom there is a place with Greetings. Select what greeting you want to see and set the value to “not recorded.” Then run that and you will have a list of all users that do not have a Personal Greeting or Internal Greeting...
