CallPilot Reporter OM Server error

We have installed a new CallPilot Reporter server on Win2003. The installation completed without errors. When we connect to reporter through the web interface it gives this message "Connection Status: Offline since 2007-05-29 10:25:54" in the upper right corner. We see this in the event viewer on the CallPilot Server (703T w/ ver 4.0.)
"Event from OM Server[OMServer] : Return code: 0, Source: CNBOMServer::OnSystemUp, Description: Reporter 'Servername'('Servername') is not found in reporters list."

Does anyone know how to add servers to the "reporters list"??
