CallPilot Reporter Install questions

I understand CP Reporter needs to be installed on separate server (docs from cpmgr not helpful)
I have MyCP install however I want it to be on a separate server from that.

Install from same cd as cpmgr.....

What other requirements or tips can be suggested?

I installed on Server 2003 with IIS. I reset IIS and now able ot get into

http://localhost/cpmgr/cprpt

however when I try to login to the CP server I need to pull reports from, I receive 'Failed to AUthenticate" error.


I installed version 4.04.04.12. checked verison of cpmgr:

CallPilot Manager version 05.00.41.57
Connected to CallPilot server, localhost, release 04.04.04

Do I have the right CPMGR installed on the separate webserver? Also, anything else to configure on the webserver?

I would try using the same version that is on your callpilot server. I have run into problems with using an older version on the reporter server than on the callpilot.
