Callpilot reporter : How do you collect reports from multiple servers

I'm getting the error below when trying to establish my connection between my Callpilot reporter server and Callpilot server:
[80004005, Unspecified error, Description: Unspecified error CDSJob::_Hookup2OMServer(): Unable to register the Reporter (the RegisterReporter function failed), Source: CallPilot Reporter]

Anyone knows how to fix this?
