Callpilot Reporter Help

Hello, I have a Callpilot Reporter server. of the 4 Callpilots I have tied to it, one of them says connection Lost. I can get to the Callpilot and login. What items should I be doing or troubleshooting. I am able to login to the reporter with that Callpilots information.
