Hello Everybody:
we have a CALLPILOT 600R and a CALLPILOT REPORTER.
CALLPILOT REPORTER wasn't connected to a switch. I connected yesterday.
Reports show data since yesterday.
Is there a way to retrieve data from previous months?

HELP PLEASE!

Nope. it is download from the Callpilot to the reporter server. No connection no data.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
