Hi There,

Is there anyway to recover a single voicemail? The user says it hasnt been deleted, but i dont understand why it would just dissapear.

The particular voicemail is needed for a legal pursuit and would be very grateful if someone can help!

If the voice mail message was left before a backup was done, and then gone after the backup, you should be able to restore it.

However, if the message was deleted before the backup was done, then it can't be retrieved.

Can i restore voicemails from a single extension? or will i have to backup the whole system?

yes you can if you have the correct backup
