Hello All,

I have a question that I believe I know the answer to but I figured I'll run it by some fellow tek-tippers. I have a customer that asked me if it's possible to leave a message in someones mbox and then when their finished go to other mboxs to leave more messages. I'm thinking that once you leave that initial message you exit the system. I don't believe I've ever heard anyone ask this before but now that I have it seems like it can be done. Their customers are complaining about having to call in and leave a message for one person and then having to call back in to leave other messages. If anyone has the answer for this one please advise.

Yes just make sure return to AA is set to yes. When set to yes you can always hit * to go back to the Auto Attendant after leaving a message in a mailbox.

I always knew you could * ext out of a mailbox prior to leaving a message but I guess I never tried it after leaving a message. Thanks I will give it a try.
