Are the BCM CP ports the same as the CP100/150 being one port is two channels? And, a customer has been told they need 32 channels for a Console.Net program...is this done by adding PECIII cards?

You turn then on in

Resources
Media services card
MCS Configuration
Click on Custom 1
Click on Voice mail-ACD ports
Click on Configuration Tab at top
Select modify custom 1
Change Max to 32 then save
Click on update configuration

This should make custom 1 the active configuration and you will hae 32 Channels.

we did that and it appeared to take the change but when checking the voice port tab in the BCM monitor, nothing had changed. Still have only 6 ports....still searching.

The system needs to be rebooted for those changes to take effect.

acewarlock....just got back on this...you nailed it in your last post, I hadn't made Custom 1 the active configuration. Having done that and a reboot the desired results were obtained! Thanks again and a star to you.
